We have obtained a state of the art Hunter Road Force balancing Machine GSP9700. Reason this machine is top of the line because it simulates road tests by applying 1400 lbs of pressure with a roller.
This will show if there are any defects on the tires or on the rims. When weights are put on the rim, there is a laser that shows where exactly to put the weights so there is no human error. Also if there are heavy spots within the tire, the balancer will show that we have to rotate the tire on the rim with the TC3700 tire changer.This balancer will eliminate all problems that conventional balancers face with vibration on the road due to the simulations.
